I am absolutely LOVING the program! I've only been a part of this group for less than a month and I'm almost finding it hard to believe how much stronger I feel (even though I was only doing 2x/week combined with yoga until this week - I’ve increased that to 3x because I feel so good after). Thank you again for coming up with such a fantastic program, it's a real treat. After a few months of sedentary life and pandemic lethargy, I didn't think I’d have the urge to get going with exercise again so quickly!

Final week and I can now lower in pistol squat to my Feetup yoga stool (and more importantly get back up again)... When I started the program I was struggling to lower to a chair so I am very pleased with my progress even if I am still quite a way from full pistol squat. As a 62 year old yoga teacher, gaining more strength in my yoga poses by following the SFY program is really improving my ease and enjoyment of teaching. Thanks to both of you, Jenni and Travis, I love the format and inspiration of your Strength for Yoga program

Aw thank you guys for being so awesome - real realistic science-backed excellent programming. I truly appreciate your approach and authenticity! I just now need some heavier weights at home!!! This is why I'm loving SFY - the combo and variety of exercises is really great for a novel movement experience every month! Thanks Jenni and Travis - clearly you are brilliant.
