But make sure you have all 10 moves posted by the end of the challenge on 5/1 in order to be entered to win!)

Please feel free to adapt & modify the moves of the day to serve the needs of your individual body.

PODCAST:

Be sure to follow along for special interviews with each host on Kathryn’s Mindful Strength podcast!

GEEKY DISCLAIMER:

In order for a movement to technically be strengthening, it has to increase the amount of force that a muscle can generate - which is a very specific quality. Some of the movements in this challenge are technically strengthening, but others might be more appropriately classified as improving muscle endurance, neurological control, or general conditioning. But the quality that all of these movements have in common is that they are adding more load to our yoga practice, which is the main variable we’re collectively emphasizing here!
