LOWER BODY STRENGTH FLOW w/kathryn bruni-young

Your lower body will love the innovative work that Kathryn teaches in this class! We start with a glute-focused self-massage with a massage ball, and after that we move into a supine lower body warm up. Then we come to standing and work our lower body from all angles and all directions - including some excellent time to experiment with “sit-to-stands" in creative ways (the skill of rising to standing and lowering to the floor in as many ways that your body can think of!)

Your lower body will feel engaged, activated, and nourished after this very intelligent practice!

This practices utilizes one massage ball (or tennis ball or similar object), one pair of socks, and a smooth floor for sliding on.
