Take this class when you know you could use some work on your thoracic extension (and really, who couldn't? :) ) Thoracic extension is important for successful backbending in yoga, and it's also great to work on this movement in general because we don't have a lot of opportunities built into our daily lives that utilize thoracic extension, so we can tend to lose access to it.

In this class, Jenni uses the "strengthen to lengthen" principle, as well as some general joint mobility techniques, to effectively improve thoracic extension. What will you do with your new-found upper- and mid-back freedom??
