In this all-levels class, Jenni guides you through a practice designed to cultivate strength, control & mobility in our shoulders through a full range of motion. This practice challenges the shoulders and requires work and effort, but we don't do a lot of standing asanas aside from a couple of down dogs and tadasanas (mountain poses). In fact, if you don't have a yoga mat out, you might not even need one (aside from the down dogs). :)

Enjoy moving your shoulders in all of the directions they were built to move, and building strength and control through all of those movements. Your shoulders, upper back, and neck will thank you for doing this practice!
