This gentle class combines some key "hip-opening" restorative yoga poses with some active hip movement for an effective, downregulating practice designed to increase the movement quality and range of motion of your hips.

The first half of this class is a restorative practice, and the second half is a gentle yoga practice consisting of focused hip movement. This thorough, targeted class will connect you to your hips in a whole new way!

This practice utilizes 1-2 yoga blocks, 1 yoga blanket, & 1 yoga bolster (or equivalent household items to sub for any of these props!)
