This creative, well-rounded practice focuses on building strength through full ranges of motion using the sneaky tool of a sliding yoga blanket. We target the whole body with the selection of movements we do in this class, with a little extra focus on strengthening the hamstrings (which is beneficial work for all yogis to do!)

You can definitely substitute towels, wash cloths, etc. for the yoga blanket in this practice! And if you have carpeted floor for your practice space, you are also welcome to use glider discs or paper plates as your sliding tools.
