Join Jenni for an active practice designed to "open the heart" - a.k.a. increase mobility in the thoracic spine & shoulder girdle regions. We start with some intelligent shoulder and spinal movements as well as some core work and then move into a fun flowing standing sequence, followed by an optional inversion and some peak backbends. This is a fun class that will leave you feeling energized and strong with a new sense of freedom in your spine.

1-2 yoga blocks might be helpful in this practice, but are not necessary.
