Join Francesca in this expertly-led hip-and-hamstring focused yoga flow. This class begins with an effective whole body warm up and then moves into a standing flow with a focus on hamstring and lateral hip activation and strength.

In addition to leading a well-designed and smartly-sequenced class, Francesca is also very skilled at holding space for her students in a grounded, present way. She is also masterful at cueing people into their yoga poses without doing much demoing herself - a technique that many teachers could benefit from observing!
