Join Cecily for a practice that will target your hips, knees, and ankles from all possible angles while waking up your connection to your lower body in brand new ways!

Cecily begins this practice with a very smart and unique warm up for the joints of the lower body. After that, she moves us into a focused practice that will challenge strength and control in the lower body with all sorts of novel novel lunges, hip hinges, and squats.
