CUSTOM MELLOW FLOW-STYLE PRACTICE 1 FOR LESLEY

A custom-designed 60-minute class for Lesley focusing on posterior shoulder strengthening, core strength, and quads/hips/hamstrings mobilizing. Plus some extra cueing around keeping the head in line with the spine (as opposed to creeping forward. :) ) This practice utilizes 1-2 yoga blocks and 1 yoga strap.
