KATHRYN BRUNI-YOUNG'S SPECIAL GUEST CLASSES
Kathryn Bruni-Young is the creator of Mindful Strength, a practice that combines mindful attention with strength, mobility and functional movement. Her teaching aims to empower students to feel confident in their bodies regardless of age, size, or skill level.
She has a long-time background in yoga, but has also studied many other movement modalities extensively, including strength training & weightlifting, gymnastics, Somatic Experience, and Ido Portal's work.
Kathryn runs a small studio in Cornwall, Ontario called Cornwall Yoga Studio, and she teaches workshops and seminars all throughout Canada and internationally. She runs her own yoga teacher training program and is also on the faculty of four other Canadian teacher training programs.
