SUN SALUTATION STRENGTH W/KATHRYN BRUNI-YOUNG

Join Kathryn for an incredibly smart class designed to mindfully strengthen the body and improve your sun salutation practice. We start with some excellent wrist warming moves, move into shoulder-strengthening, work with some potent spinal undulations and backbends, and put everything together into a focused and fun sun salutation flow.
