This all-levels class features many of Trina's signature, creative yoga-inspired moves to prepare your body in a very intelligent way for a peak pose of wild thing (also sometimes called "rock star" - basically a combination of side plank (vasisthasana) and wheel pose (urdhva dhanurasana)). After this practice you will understand the mechanics of wild thing better, and the regressions and exercises that Trina teaches will help you identify where your specific body's "edge" lies in this popular pose.
