morning wake up flow
This 45-minute yoga practice is a great way to get your body moving in the morning (or any time of day, of course!) Full of an excellent selection of movements that will expand your movement variety and build some warmth from the inside out. Also featuring moves to create muscular strength at end range - an effective way to cultivate flexibility, strength, and function at the same time.
This all-levels yoga/movement practice utilizes 2 yoga blocks and 1 yoga blanket (both optional).
