This all-levels practice is designed to help our reflexive core function better. Rather than focusing on traditional core work like crunches and sit-ups, this class is meant to target our intrinsic core support system - the neuromuscular system that should automatically kick on for us when we need it, without our having to consciously think about it. This practice should leave you feeling energized and newly-connected to your core, spine, rib cage, and breath!

A few optional props are utilized in this class (you can definitely take the class without them): 1-2 yoga blocks and 1 yoga blanket (or regular blanket or towel, etc.).
