Jenni's yoga teaching is guided by insights from modern movement science. She focuses on creating strength and control in all of our ranges of motion, which will naturally lead to increased mobility and healthier, more resilient tissues. This class should really be called "The Blanket Class" because it requires just two things: a blanket (traditional yoga blanket or otherwise) and a *smooth floor* over which your blanket can slide.
